As Production Designer for ‘Canal Tripping’ I had a blast making this crazy vision, I was able to let my imagination run wild with all the “bike-isms” to convince the viewer that the bikes have taken over the office.

The Good Water 'Tell Me What To Do'
For this opportunity I designed and made a scale model for the talk show set of this music video which was later realised in CGI. I also made a prop for the scientist for when we were filming the video itself.

Speaking in Shadows- Phantoms on Film
For this video I created a few scripture pieces to include in the background of the video to give context for the magical aspect of the storyline.
I made them look old and withered, with a bold font to stand out next to the steampunk vibe of the video. I also burned them in placed to relate to the origin story of the main character in which his house was in flames and he needed these pages to bring his partner back to life.
I am very proud of these pieces and thing they stand out within the video which was my main goal to achieve for this project.

Gorillabot- 'I'm Just a Robot' Music Video
Recently got involved with the band Gorillabot on filming a music video for their song 'I'm Just a Robot', I was fortunate enough to gain the position as Production Designer which I am extremely proud of as I didn't expect to land such a role of responsibility so soon after leaving university.
The challenge with this video was matching the pieces of set and their design to the bands aesthetic, as the song is all about their front man A.K.A robot from Robotopia, Ben Bot, I decided to match materials with ones that correlate well with his character. Cardboard was a main component in the clear majority of all the pieces. This was a god send as there was only a small budget for materials as I, as well as everybody else contributing to the video, was doing this out of their own pockets. The look we were going for was 'barely held together' which was difficult to find the middle ground between this and it not looking good enough for the video.
After applying paint to the cardboard, it tended to curl which we rectified with light weight wooden slats to strengthen as well as fashioning a stand so take the weight of the set and could easily be moved.
Making the pieces easily mobile was a big requirement as we wanted the set pieces to be moved in and out of shot by one or two stage hands to give the look of a seamless, continuously shot video moving from one "location" to the next within a matter of seconds.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Gorillabot and would love to be involved in any future projects and videos they do.

Collaborative Project- Music Video
For a second year project we collaborated with the Film and Animation course from the university. We were given a different starting point in our small groups and came up with the concept, designed, made or sourced the sets, props and costumes. In addition to this we wrote the scripts, cast the actors and filmed and edited the final outcome.
